Ruslan is 34 years old. As a child, he experienced two spinal injuries: the first when he was an infant, the second when he was 5 years old, a motorcycle fell on his back. Here is what Ruslan himself says: “Local doctors and hospitals could not help us then. In my youth, I managed to walk a little better, with a cane, 40-50 meters long, with stops. At the age of 14, doctors from Russia came to Ukraine, to the city of Kamenets-Podolsk, at the request of their Ukrainian colleagues. They performed operations according to the method of Dr. Ulzibat, who treated cerebral palsy and cut the nerves clamped all over the body with a laser beam. At that time, local doctors diagnosed me with myopathy and presumably cerebral palsy. When I met with Russian doctors, cerebral palsy was canceled and they offered to undergo surgery. I underwent a trial (operated on half of my body) surgery and it helped me. After the operation, it became a little easier for me to walk. The doctors left, but there was no money for a second operation. In Russia, it was more expensive and it was possible to do it up to 15 years, after that it makes no sense. That's how the treatment ended. "

Ruslan in March 2016 sharply felt back pain. Ruslan spends 90% of his time lying down so as not to aggravate his health condition.

Ruslan underwent examination in his homeland in the city of Khmelnitsk, doctors diagnosed "slowly progressing myopathy of unknown genesis", as a result of which scoliosis began to progress, which was earlier, but did not progress.
